Special Event Showcase

To showcase the opening of the new Chicago hot spot, LaSalle Power Company, our staff at Designed Cuisine teamed up with them to treat the industry to a high end feast in a fun and eclectic environment. While indulging on items such as curry cracker crusted sea bass and grilled baby octopus, party goers danced to the LaSalle Power Company house band covering 80’s rock and roll classics. While everyone certainly enjoyed themselves, this event was about much more than a good time. As Catering by Michael’s is acclaimed for fantastic picnic feasts and kitschy-cuisine, we wanted to use this great opportunity to showcase the fancy and extravagant menu selections of Designed Cuisine, the full service division of Catering by Michaels. Our goal for this evening was to show all the innovators in the catering world, the culinary prowess of Designed Cuisine. With rave reviews and positive feedback, not to mention a lack of leftovers, we felt this vision was achieved.
