LET DESIGNED CUISINE BE YOUR GUIDE THROUHG A NITE ENTERING INTO THE “BLACK HOLE”

We mixed our Potions ….Grew our Blossoms ….And Brought in Our Chocolate Mousse “Cats”

We Created Magic Without a Magician, But Even Better…with Our Chefs in the Kitchen and Our Service to the Guests!

The “Queen of Hearts” Arrived and we were on our way to the Culinary Menagerie we so tried to Create.

We Cornered the Market on Unique Miniature Disposables, Colorful Serving Trays and Fun Teapots to serve our “Special Mad hatter’s Tea” (Vidalia Onion Soup)

Other “Wonderland” Delicacies included Merry Oysters with a Drinkable Bloody Mary Mignonette, Fried Green Tomato Salad, Deconstructed Cobb Salad (Pushed out from PVC Tubes), Lobster Crabcake Sliders and Delicious Truffle Parmesan Tator Tots served in Individual Fry Baskets with a Variety of Dipping Sauces

Dessert started with a Parade of Miniature Heart Shaped Tarts accompanied by an Additional “Masked” Server carrying an attached “Lazy Susan Contraption” to assist with serving. There were Palettes of Artistic Colored Heart Shaped Truffles, Petite Ice Cream Sandwiches, Lavender Scented Brownies (You Taste What You Smell!) and Petite Honey Amaretto Push-Ups.

The Guests were serviced “Cabana Style” and after Food Overload, many Long Island Iced “Teas” and Hours of Motown Dancing with Fun Thematic Hats….the Night Comes to a Close and “Project Alice” is a Dream Come True!!
